This position is critical in maintaining the quality of NVIDIA's Automotive and Tegra products.

About the role

This Senior Product Quality Engineer will maintain quality for NVIDIA's Automotive and Tegra products, supporting the product throughout its lifecycle from new product introduction to resolving customer complaints.

What you'll do

• Serve as quality representative for automotive NPI teams, supporting customer and internal quality requirements.
• Coordinate with multi-functional teams to align plans, methodologies, and requirements for chip failure analysis solutions.
• Lead customer quality issue root cause debug efforts using the 8D process.
• Conduct failure analysis activities including data analysis, chip-level ATE, System level test (SLT), and Si FA tasks.
• Create and review failure trends based on customer feedback and recommend actions for continuous improvement.
• Report Automotive Quality Metrics.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Product, Test, Application, or Quality Engineering.
• BS or MS Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• Experience in chip level failure analysis and debug.
• Expertise in using Advantest V93000 Tester.
• Familiarity with system level test.
• Exposure to digital design, circuit analysis, schematic review, statistical analysis, firmware, drivers, and diagnostic software applications.
• Comfortable with lab tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and curve trace.

Nice to have

• Experience with Automotive products and standards.
• Knowledge of GPU/CPU product infrastructure and test methodology.
• Technical/debug skills in data analysis, test equipment, and test program troubleshooting.
