About the role
This role involves setting up and optimizing metrology recipes for new processes, metrology equipment, and tools. The scope includes measurement characterization, equipment qualification, and providing technical support for process industrialization.
What you'll do
- Lead engineers to set up metrology recipes for newly introduced processes or new metrology/process equipment.
- Conduct equipment, tools, and measurement qualification.
- Provide technical support on measurement quality or process standardization for product/process industrialization.
- Manage equipment failure through Statistical Process Control (SPC) and perform equipment qualification after maintenance.
- Lead and motivate a team of engineers to provide day-to-day manufacturing support.
- Work with DTIT to drive automation solutions for robust manufacturing operations.
What you'll need
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Metrology Process.
- Metrology Tools Type Expertise in Thin Film, Critical Dimension, and Resistivity.
- Technology Transfer Experiences with Fab-Specific Metrology Tools, Measurement Systems, and Applications.
- SPC Knowledge.
- Quality Knowledge.
- Training Tools and Certification (e.g., JMP, FMEA, DOE, and 8D).
