About the role
This role involves driving the ramp-up of lead products under new technology introduction (NTI) by collaborating with external foundries.
What you'll do
- Qualify and release processes in collaboration with foundries and NXP technology groups.
- Drive manufacturability and yield improvement during the ramp-up phase.
- Interface with key customers on critical projects.
- Lead and steer projects to timely completion.
- Make decisions on subjects related to process integration, balancing technical judgment, resource planning, and project schedule.
What you'll need
- Bachelor or MSc in physics or electrical engineering.
- More than 10 years of experience with front-end IC process integration in foundries' production or development teams.
- In-depth knowledge of IC devices and processes.
- Strong understanding of yield enhancement techniques and data analysis.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Hands-on experience in leading teams in development/transfer projects or production ramp up.
Nice to have
- FinFET or NVM knowledge.
