About the role
As a Senior Pre Silicon Reliability Engineer, you will transfer Network Silicon ICs products from design engineering to mass production while ensuring clean design and optimized PPA. This role involves exposure to Architecture, design, and DPM/FIT prediction for Network-ICs.
What you'll do
- Interact with Architecture and design team on reliability requests.
- Model and develop long-term reliability for Network-ICs.
- Develop DPM/FIT predictions models for various reliability mechanisms.
- Apply product decisions based on pre-Silicon predictions combined with post-Silicon data.
- Monitor and supervise Signoff methods and specific product decisions/waivers.
What you'll need
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Electrical/Computer engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience with IC pre Si Q&R.
- Experience foundry reliability modeling.
- Understanding of design phases and methods.
