About the role
The Senior Planner develops and executes business planning strategies for advanced planning and scheduling across factories and subcontractors using backlog, inventory, and Sales & Operations forecasts.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement business planning strategies for advanced planning and scheduling across factories and subcontractors utilizing backlog, inventory, and Sales & Operations forecasts.
- Manage the ATP process to schedule backlog orders while maintaining OTD performance and meeting customer requirements.
- Oversee scheduling activities related to capacity planning and allocation, collaborating with manufacturing teams to fulfill customer requirements.
- Respond to Sales Order inquiries and special customer requirements on a daily basis.
- Conduct quarterly backlog reviews and implement actions to support revenue targets.
- Design, evaluate, and enhance supply chain planning processes, control systems, and operational reporting mechanisms.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional business experience, including hands-on experience with ERP and APO systems.
- Experience in backlog management and production control within the semiconductor industry.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategies for backlog and revenue management.
Nice to have
- Experience and knowledge in high-tech supply chain management.
