About the role
This role involves overseeing the new product introduction process, ensuring robust production and quality in manufacturing lines. The position focuses on solutions for InfiniBand and Ethernet connectivity.
What you'll do
- Perform DFA for products and related jigs.
- Conduct PFMEA for error-less implementation in production lines.
- Develop and validate production processes to achieve ideal robustness prior to HVM.
- Real-time problem-solve engineering issues in the production line.
- Establish new production lines at CM's sites from an engineering perspective.
- Lead CM's engineering parties to excellence.
What you'll need
- B.Sc. in Mechanical or Industrial engineering or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in leading projects in the electro-mechanical field.
- Experience with CMs/vendors management.
- Experience in Project management, production management, or quality leader at CM’s site.
- Excellent level of English (reading and writing).
