About the role
This role leads technical project management within the Product Lifecycle Committee (PLC) governing the multi-year Plan of Record (POR) from concept to field acceptance. The position focuses on the development of the Actinic EUV Mask Inspection product family within the RAPID division.
What you'll do
- Lead the waterfall planning process to generate the multi-year Plan of Record (POR) governing the full lifecycle of the Actinic EUV Mask Inspection product family. - Manage a team of Technical Project Managers supporting subsystem teams on POR generation, including goal setting, performance reviews, coaching, and development. - Drive the POR execution and review process to track internal and external development team deliverables and milestones for performance and cost. - Partner with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, corporate facility, and services leadership to resolve POR execution issues. - Assemble presentation materials specified in the PLC Workbook in preparation for PLC Phase exit reviews alongside the Program Manager.
What you'll need
- BS in Engineering or a related technical discipline. - 10+ years of experience in hardware or semiconductor systems development. - 3+ years of direct people management experience. - Proven experience leading supplier-heavy and customer-visible programs. - Strong leadership, communication, and cross-organizational influence skills.
