About the role
NVIDIA is hiring a Senior Manager to lead the System Integration team within the Silicon Co-Design Group in the US and partner with teams globally. The scope spans post-silicon feature integration, PVT validation, and wide-area testing across GPU, SoC, and CPU programs.
What you'll do
- Plan and execute post-silicon feature integration, PVT validation, and wide-area testing across GPU, SoC, and CPU programs. - Build wide-area and in-system test as a repeatable capability that shifts post-silicon coverage left before software is production-ready. - Lead resolution of system-level issues, RMAs, and HW/SW interaction problems using lab experimentation and creative workarounds. - Develop strategies to maintain program milestones when upstream software, firmware, methodology, or validation dependencies slip. - Hire, mentor, and retain senior technical talent while partnering across architecture, design, DFT, software, firmware, QA, and manufacturing. - Establish operational rigor across bring-up tracking, debug forums, and the translation of execution data into decision-ready options.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience). - 12+ overall years of system-level post-silicon bring-up and debug experience, with shipped silicon. - 5 years of experience leading technical teams across multiple geographies. - Direct experience building or scaling wide-area or in-system test programs that ran in production to identify critical silicon issues before software was production-ready. - Electrical engineering fundamentals across DFT, digital design, computer architecture, power, timing, and fault analysis.
