About the role
This role is responsible for leading strategic sourcing initiatives for Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) commodities within a multi-national organization.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop a team of MRO sourcing professionals.
- Develop and execute the vision, strategy, and plan for the MRO Sourcing function.
- Conduct RFPs and manage preferred supplier selection processes.
- Analyze total costs, conduct ROI analysis, and negotiate commercial procurement agreements including MSAs, SOWs, and Change Orders.
- Develop, refine, and implement category strategies and tactics for technology products and services.
- Manage supplier relationships, performance reviews, and resolve supplier contract disputes.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience in indirect strategic sourcing with an emphasis in MRO.
- Extensive experience leading sourcing initiatives (e.g., rapid sourcing, targeted negotiations, complex category strategies, supplier relationship management, outsourcing).
- Expertise with sourcing & contracting ERP tools (SAP and/or Oracle).
- Contract Negotiation skills.
- Vendor Management skills.
- Influencing skills.

- MBA or JD preferred.
