About the role

This role focuses on driving NVIDIA’s Software Operations strategy and leading operational initiatives within the Worldwide Sales Software Operations team.

What you'll do

• Drive strategic, multi-functional initiatives across diverse go-to-market domains (cloud, on-premise, hybrid SaaS/XaaS/Managed Services, ISV/CSP/Marketplaces).
• Architect frameworks for offer enablement via scalable operational process to deliver a smooth customer and partner experience.
• Understand requirements and drive business design framework, including monetized and non-monetized evaluation, pre-general-availability, and beta offerings.
• Strategize and develop business requirements for software systems, focusing on the integration of automated decision-making functions.
• Employ advanced AI tooling and methodologies to automate operational workflows from post-ordering through delivery and renewals.
• Automate end-to-end order to delivery workflows.

What you'll need

• Proficiency in architecting Enterprise software processes delivery.
• Deep experience with SAP, BRIM/subscription management, entitlement management, customer onboarding, licensing, and cloud provisioning.
• Experience employing AI to improve the customer experience.
• 12+ overall years of experience in software transformation projects.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, computer science, or related field.
