Arrow Electronics seeks a Senior Manager for Sales focusing on Digital Engineering and embedded opportunities.

About the role

This role involves proactive analysis of Digital Engineering and embedded opportunities to identify potential customers and present eInfochips value propositions.

What you'll do

• Analyze Digital Engineering and embedded opportunities in target business lines.
• Develop and present eInfochips value propositions for Embedded, Firmware, hardware, software, IOT, Mobility, AI/ML, Analytics, and Cloud Operations.
• Hunt, prospect, and call on mid-size and enterprise customers across Northeast US and Canada.
• Run the complete sales process, including initial client communication, presentations, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal signing.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop strong, long-term relationships and referrals with Director & VP level executives.

What you'll need

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 6 years and an advanced degree.
• 7-10 years of PES ER&D Sales experience in Healthcare / Media / Semi-Conductor/ Industrial Verticals.
• Work experience with design service companies with a successful track record selling ODC/offshore/CoE.
• Demonstrable experience selling SW, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Integration design engineering service.
• Experience hunting (new accounts) and scaling (existing accounts).
