This role involves leading high-visibility customer ramp activities and ensuring seamless execution from planning through production. This strategic role focuses on driving operational readiness, capacity planning, and risk mitigation for product launches within the semiconductor industry.
What you'll do
- Lead customer ramp activities and coordinate across Supply Chain Planning, Commodity Management, Production Management, and Operations.
- Partner with Project Management, Marketing, Development, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Quality teams to develop scalable production roadmaps.
- Drive successful execution of critical product ramp-ups and ensure milestone achievement.
- Translate customer requirements into actionable operational and supply chain plans.
- Assess risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies to maintain supply continuity.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in semiconductor, supply chain, operations, or program management environments.
- Experience with Supply Chain Optimization, Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Management, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Logistics Operations.
- Strong project and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Practical application of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience with Kaizen, DMAIC, Fishbone Analysis, Pareto Analysis, and Value Stream Mapping.
