About the role
You will drive the final product solution into production while meeting product Cost, Yield, and Quality targets.
What you'll do
- Lead the Product team to meet time to market, quality, yield, and cost goals.
- Interface with cross-functional teams globally to align and drive product KPIs to meet business goals.
- Provide leadership to global operations teams and align them to achieve product requirements.
- Plan and coordinate margin improvement activities.
- Optimize product positioning to meet business requirements.
- Lead, motivate, and guide engineers.
What you'll need
- Experience in leading NPI teams.
- Understanding of the ecosystem of product development.
- Strong people management skills.
- Strong technical, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or comparable disciplines.
Nice to have
- Experience in the semiconductor industry and NPI.
- Experience in Product Management methodology, fab process, and/or x86/GPU/High Speed IO operation.
- Experience leading cross-functional and cross-regional teams to deliver program goals.
- Experience in leading medium to big teams.
