About the role
This role leads high-volume semiconductor manufacturing teams, driving process development, sustainability, yield improvement, and technology adoption for lithography processes.
What you'll do
- Maintain and optimize lithography processes in high volume manufacturing environments.
- Lead the development, validation, and transfer of new or modified photolithography processes.
- Support the integration of new photolithography equipment and techniques, including EUV and advanced scanner technologies.
- Drive yield improvements, defect reduction, and eliminate photolithography misalignment issues through root cause analysis and process control.
- Partner with different process module teams, manufacturing, and site operations to resolve manufacturing and development issues.
- Manage and mentor process engineers and technicians, ensuring technical excellence and operational stability.
What you'll need
- Master’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years in semiconductor process engineering, with a minimum of 3+ years as a process owner in photolithography process.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and cross-functional engineering in a complex manufacturing environment.
- Deep knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes, photolithography principles, and equipment operation.
- Experience leading engineering teams and managing projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of interactions of prior and post photolithography processes, and execution alignment.
Nice to have
- Ph.D. degree with photolithography experience in III-V semiconductor.
- Proficiency with analytics/reporting tools such as Excel, JMP, SQL, or comparable technologies.
