About the role
This role involves leading a team to develop systems and algorithms for extracting intelligence from petascale consumer fleets to power autonomous driving.
What you'll do
- Lead, encourage, and develop engineering and data teams.
- Architect and operationalize NVIDIA’s in-car curation strategy.
- Invent and deploy algorithms that mine, classify, and surface valuable driving scenarios.
- Champion data quality and metadata standards.
What you'll need
- 10+ overall years of industry experience including 4+ years in technical leadership.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated success leading data-focused teams in AV or robotics domain.
- Hands-on experience with VLMs, LLMs, or multimodal AI systems applied to perception, data triage, or automated labeling.
- Prior experience in the autonomous vehicle ecosystem — perception, mapping, robotics, ADAS/AD, or AV data workflows.
