The Senior Manager Applications Engineering develops and delivers customer-ready solutions by optimizing onsemi content within customer systems and ensuring application management across engagements.
What you'll do
- Integrate multiple onsemi technologies into complete systems. - Manage the development of schematics and layouts for reference designs and customer-specific solutions. - Create technical collateral and documentation, including application notes, white papers, user manuals, and datasheets. - Support strategic marketing with reference designs, schematics, documentation, competitive analysis, roadmaps, and new product ideas. - Support adoption and performance while driving cross-selling and solution-selling opportunities across the onsemi portfolio.
What you'll need
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. - 10+ years in an applications engineering role. - 3+ years in application engineering management. - Proven experience in product development, software, applications support, and business development. - Broad skillset including PCB level, hardware design, and software engineering. - Willingness to travel up to 20%.
