About the role

As a Senior Manager Analog Engineering, you will lead the development of analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits, ensuring competitive advantage and high-quality product delivery.

What you'll do

  • Develop product specifications in collaboration with marketing to achieve competitive advantage.
  • Define system architecture to optimize performance, power, and die size.
  • Specify requirements for individual IPs within the product.
  • Develop comprehensive analog and mixed-signal verification plans.
  • Lead product development through best practices, peer reviews, and detailed documentation.
  • Mentor and develop team members.

What you'll need

  • MSEE plus 15 years of experience in analog and mixed-signal design.
  • Fully competent in all common aspects of analog design.
  • Design experience in precision analog circuitry.
  • Design experience in power management circuits and high voltage circuitry (BCD processes).
  • Ability to develop system architectures.
  • Knowledge of analog circuit modeling and AMS simulations.
  • Understanding of IC development beyond analog design, including basic digital design flow, packaging, test engineering, quality assurance, and product engineering.
