About the role

The Senior Logistics Specialist supports daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate and timely domestic and international shipments.

What you'll do

• Pull, stage, and verify materials for production work orders.
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products.
• Maintain accurate inventory transactions within the ERP system.
• Prepare shipping documentation including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipper's Letters of Instruction(SLI), and Bills of Lading.
• File international export information through ACE and ensure compliance with export regulations.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments with customers, freight carriers, and logistics providers.

What you'll need

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous warehouse experience, including material handling and inventory management.
• Shipping and receiving experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Forklift certification or ability to become certified.
• Experience preparing domestic and international shipping documentation.
• Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel.

Nice to have

• Experience filing export documentation through ACE.
• Knowledge of international shipping and customs requirements.
• Oracle ERP experience.
• Experience working with freight carriers and coordinating international shipments.
