About the role
This role has end-to-end Systems program management responsibility for 13.56Mhz based wireless charging solutions, covering definition of customer requirements, execution, and design-in of the final system on customer products.
What you'll do
- Interact with lead customers and funnel customer requirements to multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
- Architect and manage device requirements and certification for system solutions with NFC, wireless power transfer, and security.
- Partner with customer and internal R&D, Product Management, and Product Engineer/Test/Manufacturing teams to define schedules and resourcing.
- Drive delivery of new products from concept through execution of hardware and software solutions to final production ramp.
- Track customer issues to successful closure with cross-functional engineering teams.
- Act as the key interface to the customer, engaging with engineers and management.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering.
- 10 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Track record of successful wireless charging solution launches.
- Experience as a Program Manager for complex projects, interacting with customers and product management.
- Subject matter expertise in application, technology, development life-cycle, and product planning of embedded wireless RF systems.
- Good understanding of 13.56MHz NFC systems and wireless power transfer technology standards (ISO14443, NFC Forum WLC, Qi).
- Strong analytical skills.
- Business fluency in English.
- Project management, business development, or direct customer management experience.
