About the role
This role involves board bring-up, hardware validation, characterization, and system-level debugging for networking infrastructure focused on end-to-end GPU connectivity.
What you'll do
- Perform board bring-up, hardware validation, characterization, and system-level debugging in the lab.
- Debug issues involving power, signal integrity, interfaces, components, and firmware interactions.
- Support productization, production-line stabilization, and hardware-related issues during mass production.
- Read and analyze schematics, PCB layouts, component specifications, and design documentation.
- Define test strategies, develop validation plans, execute test procedures, and improve coverage and efficiency.
- Provide technical leadership and hands-on support for critical hardware issues.
What you'll need
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- At least 8 years of hands-on experience in hardware bring-up, validation, debugging, or product engineering.
- Proven board-level and system-level debugging capabilities.
- Strong ability to read and understand electrical schematics and PCB layouts.
- Experience using laboratory equipment and applying structured troubleshooting methodologies.
