About the role
The Senior Global Account Manager is responsible for direct management of select key accounts across consumer electronics, infrastructure, and semiconductor segments. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities and driving global go-to-market initiatives for new test instruments and solutions in the Product Test Group.
What you'll do
- Find growth opportunities in new accounts relative to target market segments. - Identify technology influencers and procurement personnel in target accounts, collaborating with sales management to establish winning strategies. - Work closely with application management teams to ensure timely and efficient technical support is delivered to accounts. - Coordinate across geographies to align opportunity information worldwide and execute a consistent sales strategy across all customer touch points.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's Degree or Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, engineering equivalent, or equivalent experience. - Minimum 10 years of working experience in the capital equipment, test and measurement field. - Direct customer engagement experience in an applications engineering, product marketing, or account management role. - Direct experience with 1st tier Consumer and Automotive global accounts based in the San Francisco Bay Area. - Technical expertise in testing, defining, and designing RF, Board Test, Photonics, and Highspeed I/O measurement solutions. - Ability to work from the San Jose office and travel 15-20% (mostly US-based, with international travel to Asia or EU regions).
