About the role
This role drives the risk-based thinking concept through effective implementation of FMEA as a key Quality Management System (QMS) tool. The focus is on achieving the site's mission of being the Automotive Center of Excellence.
What you'll do
- Lead the FMEA Steering team to exceed internal quality standards.
- Define the risk reduction strategy for Fab6 to achieve Zero Defects.
- Implement changes from External Standards and customer requirements in Front-End Manufacturing.
- Benchmark best practices to ensure quality excellence from customer and registrar auditing perspectives.
- Drive compliance to FMEA Standard and FMEA Business rules.
- Manage Site Level Metrics and Front-End Scorecard FMEA related Metrics.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Science, Math, Physics, or related field and 2 years of experience.
