About the role

This role involves providing relevant financial and business information to enable effective decision-making and improve financial performance within the Corporate Finance Investments team.

What you'll do

• Act as a translator and steward of operating expense, capital, headcount, and purchase order data.
• Develop, prototype, build, and maintain data solutions using SQL, AI and BI Tools, and financial reporting standards.
• Develop AI agents that automate finance processes, collect and transform data, and produce reporting/analysis.
• Manage multiple workstreams, assess risks/issues, and deliver solutions on time.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, secure, and meet performance requirements, including monitoring data quality and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to find opportunities for process optimization, automation, and cost reduction.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, working closely with business partners.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, AI Tools (Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT Work), Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong data modeling skills in SQL.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science or Engineering.
• End-user focused and experienced in delivering AI and data solutions.
• Ability to work independently, manage several priorities, and drive change.

Nice to have

• Experience with operating expense, capital, headcount, or purchase order data.
• Experience automating finance workflows beyond Excel by developing agents and skills using Claude Code, ChatGPT Work, Cursor, Python, and SQL.
• Knowledge or experience in SAP S4, SAP BPC, SAP HANA, and Databricks.
• MBA or equivalent experience.
