About the role
This role involves leading and executing customer ramp initiatives, including new tool deployments, manufacturing expansions, relocations, conversions, and qualification activities.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of customer ramp initiatives.
- Drive installation and qualification readiness planning for customer sites.
- Serve as a key operational interface between KLA and customer leadership teams.
- Forecast staffing and support requirements to meet customer demand and coordinate resources.
- Lead resolution of high-impact customer and operational issues.
- Monitor key operational performance indicators related to ramp execution and drive continuous improvement.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in program management, operations, field service, manufacturing, or customer support.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional projects and customer-facing initiatives.
- Strong communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and drive results across organizational boundaries.
