What you'll do

• Manage, retain, and grow strategic relationships with Tier 1 and major OEM customers.
• Develop and execute account and sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, understanding their business, technical, and market needs.
• Lead complex sales cycles from opportunity development through negotiation, closure, and account expansion.
• Maintain accurate forecasts, reporting, pipeline analysis, and account plans for senior leadership.

What you'll need

• Strong experience in sales account management, field sales, or a related role.
• Proven success supporting Tier 1 or major OEM customers through complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior executives and technical decision-makers.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline, or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience selling highly specialized semiconductor solutions, including FPGAs, ASICs, or related technologies.
• An established network within Bay Area customer organizations.
• MBA or equivalent business education.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, forecasting systems, and sales analytics platforms.
