About the role
This role involves acting as a technical expert in power electrical modules, focusing on customization and characterization of power semiconductor modules.
What you'll do
- Customize power semiconductor modules within interdisciplinary teams.
- Plan and execute electrical and thermal characterization of semiconductor devices and modules.
- Evaluate and analyze characterization data.
- Present results for technical decision-making.
- Plan the build-up of prototypes in a sample lab.
What you'll need
- University degree (Master's / PhD) in physics or electrical engineering.
- Solid knowledge of semiconductor physics and power electronic semiconductor components, including IGBTs, MOSFETs, and diodes.
- Initial experience in electrical and thermal measurement technology.
- Familiarity with software solutions for evaluating and analyzing measurement data.
- Ability to communicate confidently and fluently in English.
