About the role
This role involves the customization of power semiconductor modules within interdisciplinary teams.
What you'll do
- Customize power semiconductor modules.
- Plan and execute electrical and thermal characterization of semiconductor devices and modules.
- Evaluate and analyze data, then present results for technical decision-making.
- Plan the build-up of prototypes in a sample lab.
What you'll need
- University degree (Master's / PhD) in physics or electrical engineering.
- Solid knowledge of semiconductor physics and power electronic semiconductor components (e.g., IGBTs, MOSFETs, diodes).
- Initial experience in electrical and thermal measurement technology.
- Familiarity with software solutions for evaluating and analyzing measurement data.
- Fluent English communication skills.
