About the role
This role involves delivering and driving improvement activities in supplier manufacturing factories, focusing on strategic improvement initiatives and sustaining product performance and yield management.
What you'll do
- Provide technical assistance on yield improvement projects to increase product yields and minimize scrap costs.
- Conduct product characterization driven by new product requirements and/or post-release activities.
- Drive test time reduction and process flow simplifications to alleviate capacity constraints.
- Perform product qualification work for new material, fab, or process evaluations to reduce full factory cost.
- Sustain product performance and yield management in supplier manufacturing factories.
What you'll need
- Proficient in Product Testing, Statistical Tools (JMP, PDF Exensio Test/Yield), Failure Analysis, and Debug Techniques.
- Proficient in analysis of both analog and digital circuitry.
- Proficient in using Teradyne, Flex, NI, and Eagle testers including C++, C#, Visual Basic.
- BS/MS in Electronics, Electrical or Computer Engineering.
- At least 5 years related Semiconductor Manufacturing experience.
