About the role

This role involves comprehensive IP verification with a focus on Analog Mixed-Signal (AMS) verification within Micron Technology.

What you'll do

• Perform Analog and Mixed-Signal verification using tools like Virtuoso, primesim/Finseim, Hspice, Xcellium, and Simvision.
• Debug complex Analog/Digital/Mixed-Signal circuits.
• Write Verilog Models, Verilog A/MS, and RVM models.
• Build SPICE testbenches at Block and Fullchip Levels.
• Build COSIM/Mixed-Signal verification environments.
• Implement SV, UVM-based verification with SV/PSL assertions.

What you'll need

• In-depth understanding of analog / mixed signal circuits.
• Experience in Analog and Mixed signal Verification.
• Experience in debugging complex Analog/Digital/Mixed-Signal circuits.
• Hands on experience in writing Verilog Models, Verilog A/MS, RVM model writing.
• Hands on experience in building SPICE testbenches at Block, Fullchip Level.
• Hands on experience in building COSIM/Mixed signal verification environment.
• Hands on experience in SV, UVM based Verification.
• Hands on experience in SV/PSL assertions.
• Bachelor’s with 4-6 years of experience or Post Graduate Degree in Electronics Engineering or related engineering field with 2-4 years of experience.

Nice to have

• Good scripting skills using perl, python.
• Previous work experience in DRAM memory related fields.
• Proactive in exploring and leveraging AI-related tools in day-to-day tasks.
