About the role
This role involves comprehensive Analog and Mixed-Signal (AMS) IP verification within a semiconductor environment. You will work on IP verification focused on DRAM memory related fields.
What you'll do
- Conduct Analog and Mixed-Signal verification for IPs.
- Debug complex Analog/Digital/Mixed-Signal circuits.
- Write Verilog A/MS and RVM models.
- Build SPICE testbenches at block and full-chip levels.
- Develop COSIM/Mixed-Signal verification environments.
- Implement SV, UVM based verification, including SV/PSL assertions.
What you'll need
- In-depth understanding of analog/mixed-signal circuits.
- Experience in Analog and Mixed signal Verification.
- Proficiency with Virtuoso, primesim/Finseim, Hspice, Xcellium, Simvision, Waveview tools.
- Experience in debugging complex Analog/Digital/Mixed-Signal circuits.
- Hands-on experience in writing Verilog Models, Verilog A/MS, and RVM models.
- Hands-on experience in building SPICE testbenches at Block, Fullchip Level.
- Hands-on experience in building COSIM/Mixed-Signal verification environments.
- Hands-on experience in SV, UVM based Verification.
- Hands-on experience in SV/PSL assertions.
- Previous work experience in DRAM memory related fields.
- Bachelor’s with 4-6 years of experience or Post Graduate Degree in Electronics Engineering or related engineering field with 2-4 years of experience.
Nice to have
- Scripting skills using perl, python.
- Proactive in exploring and leveraging AI-related tools.
