About the role
This role involves installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing ASM semiconductor equipment at customer sites.
What you'll do
- Install, commission, and qualify ASM semiconductor equipment at customer sites.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities on ASM equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, process, vacuum, software, and system-level issues.
- Provide technical guidance and training to customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
- Identify opportunities to improve equipment performance, reliability, and serviceability.
- Document technical findings, service activities, and recommended actions accurately and in a timely manner.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline.
- 5+ years of experience supporting semiconductor equipment, industrial automation, or other complex technical systems for a senior level.
- Experience with equipment installation, qualification, maintenance, and troubleshooting in customer-facing environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities across mechanical, electrical, software, and vacuum systems.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and procedures.
- Experience performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.

- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes.
