About the role
This role leads Qualcomm's Camera SoC organization in Taiwan, driving end-to-end execution of camera silicon programs.
What you'll do
- Lead and scale a multidisciplinary Camera SoC organization across Hardware Engineering, Emulation, Software/Firmware, Systems Engineering, and Program Management functions.
- Drive execution of Camera SoC roadmaps, development milestones, silicon bring-up, validation, and product commercialization.
- Partner with global engineering, product management, and business leaders to align resources, priorities, and deliverables.
- Ensure predictable program execution, risk management, quality, and customer commitments.
- Build organizational capability through talent development, hiring, succession planning, and culture leadership.
- Represent the Taiwan Camera SoC organization in executive reviews and strategic planning discussions.
What you'll need
- BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 15 years of semiconductor/SoC development experience with 8 years in engineering leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success leading large cross-functional engineering teams and delivering complex silicon programs.
- Strong technical understanding of SoC development, system validation, software integration, and product execution.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
