About the role
This role involves building and leading an organization to turn Renesas silicon into design wins at AI and compute customers, owning the technical relationship from architecture conversations through production ramp. The focus is on the Performance Computing Power division, particularly regarding voltage regulators in AI and high-performance compute.
What you'll do
- Build and scale the organization, owning recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and talent development.
- Develop leaders and organizational structure to maintain accountability and customer proximity.
- Scale customer enablement through automation, design guides, and simulation models.
- Own the reference design portfolio for AI and compute power delivery.
- Own technical escalations end-to-end and integrate field learning into the roadmap.
What you'll need
- Proven organizational leadership with a track record of building and scaling technical teams.
- Deep expertise in datacenter power, including datacenter and server power delivery architectures.
- Customer-facing seniority, leading technical engagements with hyperscale, OEM, ODM, or ASIC customers.
- Ability to align cross-functional organizations without direct authority.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline with 15+ years of relevant experience; or an advanced degree (MS or PhD) with 12+ years of relevant experience.
- Substantial experience in power electronics, power management semiconductors, or datacenter power delivery, including direct people-leadership responsibility.
