About the role

This role involves defining, developing, and releasing bipolar transistor products while driving product performance and innovation throughout the development lifecycle.

What you'll do

  • Define, develop, and release bipolar transistors.
  • Contribute to product performance as product designer/architect for bipolar transistors.
  • Lead small or medium-sized product creation or optimization projects.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking concerning products and technologies.
  • Build up and maintain a competency network within the organization.
  • Provide technical mentorship to less experienced engineers.

What you'll need

  • Master or PhD degree in semiconductor physics or technology, microelectronics or similar.
  • 3+ years working experience.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor devices and industrial semiconductor technology.
  • Fluency in English.

Nice to have

  • German language skills are desired.
