About the role

This role is for a Senior Data Analyst on the DGX Data team supporting DGX Cloud capacity demand, supply, and operational performance.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain analytical models for capacity demand, supply, utilization, allocation, and operational performance across DGX Cloud.
• Develop forecasts and scenario analyses to support business planning, infrastructure readiness, and leadership decision-making.
• Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses, datasets, dashboards, and recommendations.
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize prioritization and project execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve supply chain issues.
• Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders, including senior leaders.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within supply chain or capacity planning roles.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
• Proven ability to successfully implement data-driven strategies and solutions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to collaborators.
• Diligent approach with an emphasis on accuracy and organization.
