About the role
This role is responsible for supporting multiple Cleans processes in a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing facility, focusing on improving equipment and process performance and reducing operational losses. The position drives continuous improvement across manufacturing operations, including specific toolsets like SCP9400, WS-820L, Akrion GAMA wet benches, Semitool SST, SAT, RADR batch solvent cleaning systems, Screen 80B/80EX spray tools, and FSI Mercury/Zeta.

- Reduce defectivity and cycle time
- Improve tool utilization and availability
- Identify and reduce recurrent machine faults
- Reduce cost and scrap, and improve yield
- Support development activities
- Implement Six-Sigma statistical process control methods
What you'll need
- BS or MS in an engineering or science discipline
- 7+ years of experience in process engineering in a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment
- Ability to generate, analyze, and interpret equipment and process performance data
- Demonstrated presentation skills, including the ability to train others
- Competent in troubleshooting problems and capable of applying logic to isolate and resolve them
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Nice to have
- Previous experience in Cleans process role
- Previous experience with SCP9400, WS-820L, Akrion GAMA wet benches
- Previous experience with Semitool SST, SAT, RADR batch solvent cleaning systems
- Previous experience with Screen 80B/80EX spray tools
- Previous experience with FSI Mercury/Zeta
- Previous experience in Lean Manufacturing methods
