About the role
Support the establishment and maintenance of business systems at TSMC Arizona to support the development and operation of semiconductor fabs.
What you'll do
- Resolve user-reported SAP ERP issues, act as the primary contact for troubleshooting, and reduce operational disruptions. - Analyze user feedback and system performance metrics to implement improvements across business systems. - Design and implement comprehensive training programs covering key functionalities such as procurement-to-pay systems and warehouse management systems (EWM). - Provide ongoing support and guidance to system users to maintain system processes and troubleshoot issues. - Evaluate new IT technologies and integrate open-source or SaaS solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and efficient processing across business systems.
What you'll need
- Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Engineering, or a related field, plus 2 years of experience in IT within the semiconductor industry. - 2 years of experience with MES, ERP systems, manufacturing technologies, and business operations. - 2 years of experience managing business applications, including SAP ERP, procurement-to-pay systems, quote-to-cash systems, and warehouse management systems. - 2 years of experience supporting system integration within a manufacturing environment. - Domain knowledge in ERP, SCM, CRM, and EWM. - Experience with programming languages such as SQL, Visual C++, Visual C#, Python, VB.NET, JAVA, HTML, or PHP. - Experience with tracing, debugging, source control, profiling, and unit test coverage. - Willingness and ability to work on-site at the Phoenix, Arizona facility.
