About the role

This individual contributor role manages partnerships with suppliers of autonomous vehicle sensors and systems. The role focuses on bringing qualified technologies into NVIDIA's automotive ecosystem for production-ready vehicle platforms.

What you'll do

  • Develop supplier relationships and roadmaps, serving as a primary contact for sensor partners.
  • Drive sensor qualification by defining criteria with engineering teams and coordinating evaluations.
  • Coordinate supplier agreements and operations with legal, sourcing, finance, purchasing, and operations teams.
  • Lead RFIs and supplier selection, presenting recommendations to collaborators.
  • Manage sensor acquisition and allocation, consolidating demand, maintaining forecasts, and tracking orders.
  • Resolve supplier issues, coordinating responses to quality, performance, support, and delivery concerns.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, robotics, physics, business, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in automotive sensors, ADAS/AV systems, supplier engagement, ecosystem development, or technical program leadership.
  • Experience working with suppliers on roadmaps, qualification, selection, issue resolution, and escalations.
  • Knowledge of autonomous vehicle sensors and systems, with the ability to assess technologies at a system and ecosystem level.
  • Experience coordinating procurement, forecasts, deliveries, inventory, and hardware allocation across multiple teams.
