About the role

This role is for a Semiconductor Product Engineer focused on MMICs and packaged products within the IC Product Engineering group, ensuring high-quality ICs are delivered to customers and product lines remain operational and efficient.

What you'll do

• Analyze and interpret production test data and apply statistical methods to identify trends and improve yield, performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, integration, and test engineering to ensure product yield, performance, and reliability.
• Assist in root-cause investigations for product, test, and manufacturing issues.
• Support laboratory testing, characterization, and validation of integrated circuits for product development and manufacturing.
• Own/prepare technical reports and engineering documentation.
• Support product development and new circuit/packaged product introductions (NCI/NPPI).

What you'll need

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
• Familiarity with semiconductor device physics (BJTs, FETs) and circuit design principles.
• Hands-on experience with electrical characterization and validation of semiconductor devices and integrated circuits, including RF, analog, mixed-signal, or high-speed measurements.
• Experience with data analysis and statistical tools.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of reliability engineering and failure analysis techniques.
