About the role
Process development efforts will focus in one or more areas related to dry etch, PECVD, automated wet etch, electroplating, lithography, metal deposition, and other fabrication and Die Fab processes.
What you'll do
- Apply knowledge and skill from coursework and research to develop compound semiconductor IC’s
- Focus process development efforts in dry etch, PECVD, automated wet etch, electroplating, lithography, or metal deposition
- Gain and apply knowledge about Keysight's industry, infrastructure, and products
- Commit to a minimum 6-month internship
What you'll need
- Graduate student pursuing M.S. or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Chemistry, or Physics
- Experience with advanced semiconductor processes and devices
- Specific skills in III-V semiconductor processing
- Hands-on lab experience in semiconductor lithography, deposition, etch, plasma processing, electroplating, wafer thinning, dicing, and sort
- Experience with statistical process control and design of experiments
