About the role
The candidate selected will perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance across Chandler Fab Metals/Etch equipment toolsets. Toolsets include Applied Materials Centura, DPS, LAM 4420/4520i, ULVAC Enviro II, and Gasonics Ashers.
What you'll do
- Execute scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, consumable changes, and repairs on fab Metals and Etch equipment. - Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, pneumatic, vacuum, and mechanical systems. - Maintain Applied Materials (Centura MxP/MxP+/SuperE, DPS, DPS II, Endura 5500, Centura 5200), LAM 4420/4520i, ULVAC (Enviro II, Optima), Gasonics (3500 & PEP 3510), and Axcelis/Fusion Gemini DUV systems. - Complete documentation, apply SPC, 5S, and FDC systems, and train others in the area. - Interface with internal and external groups to meet safety, performance, and reliability requirements.
What you'll need
- Specific knowledge of semiconductor maintenance job functions and experience with Metals or Etch equipment maintenance. - Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronic, pneumatic, vacuum, and mechanical systems. - Solid understanding of SPC, 5S, and FDC systems. - Ability to work compressed shifts on days or nights, stand for up to 12 hours, work in confined spaces, and lift/carry objects up to 50 pounds.
Nice to have
- AA, AS, or AAS in electronics or other industrial engineering related discipline, or equivalent military training.
