About the role
The Semiconductor Maintenance Technician performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance across toolsets in the Chandler Fab Cleans and EPI equipment areas.
What you'll do
- Execute scheduled maintenance, consumable changes, troubleshooting, and repairs on electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. - Maintain Cleans toolsets including Semitool (SST-C-421-280, WSST 408A, SAT 2080S, STORM II, RCMS, Raider/Millennium), TEL/FSI (Mercury MP, Zeta), DNS, Akrion, and Screen systems. - Maintain and troubleshoot EPI equipment including ASM EPSILON E-2000 Reduced Pressure Single Wafer Epitaxial Reactors, exhaust abatement systems (ATLAS, AirGard, EcoGuard), and ThermoFlex 5000 TCS Chillers. - Operate Helium & Hydrogen leak checkers, Bio-rad FTIR, and associated metrology equipment. - Diagnose equipment alarms, interpret operational data, and apply root-cause problem-solving techniques in a high-volume manufacturing environment. - Interface with internal and external teams to ensure equipment safety, performance, and reliability while maintaining complete documentation.
What you'll need
- Understanding of SPC, 5S, and FDC systems. - Ability to follow safety protocols when working around hazardous chemicals. - Ability to stand for up to 12 hours, work in confined spaces, lift up to 50 pounds, and work a compressed shift (including night shifts). - Technical education, relevant industry experience, or military training in electronics or mechanical disciplines.

- AA, AS, or AAS in electronics or other mechanical discipline.
