About the role
Focus on technology node development and DRAM product design to advance DRAM technologies and transfer node innovations into production products.
What you'll do
- Perform circuit design and floor planning, including power delivery network (PDN) design.
- Collaborate with product engineering and process technology teams to validate designs and guide technology direction.
- Conduct simulation, debugging, and root cause analysis of design and process issues.
- Identify failures and provide corrective feedback to block design owners, delivering design insights and recommendations to Technology Development process teams.
- Validate device and schematic functionality using memory testing systems.
What you'll need
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, plus 2 years of work experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
- Experience in CMOS Circuit Design, Digital Logic, and Mixed Signal Design.
- Knowledge of Sense Amplifier design and Clock or Data Path design.
- Hands-on experience with Spice or Spectre simulation tools and Cadence Virtuoso.
- Experience with AOCV, DFT, Verilog, and Python.
- Familiarity with Power, IR Drop, or PDN analysis, as well as Parasitic Extraction or SPEF and Floor planning or Routing.
- Experience in Data Analysis using JMP.
