This role involves evaluating specialized security verification tools and exploring AI assistance for security verification. The intern will support product security testing at the RTL design phase.
What you'll do
- Evaluate specialized security verification tools from external suppliers.
- Explore the scope for using AI assistance for facilitating security verification.
- Support Business Units to conduct product security testing on selected products at RTL design phase using specialized methods/tools.
- Learn product architecture/design and functional testing methodologies to provide input on evolving existing strategy for expanding security specific coverage.
What you'll need
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree (BS) in CS/EE or related technical field(s) with an expected graduation date between Fall 2027 – Summer 2028.
- Strong understanding of basic principles for product security assurance.
- Strong understanding of validation/problem solving principles with experience in testing and debug in pre-silicon environment.
- Good Verilog, System Verilog programming skills to understand RTL design.
- Good scripting skills in Unix environment.
- Good understanding of system architecture with general understanding of security requirements.
- Good prompting skills with general experience in using Artificial Intelligence (AI).
