About the role
This role involves product line management and control for service products within the Semiconductor Business Unit, focusing on driving improvement programs and managing the product portfolio.
What you'll do
- Own product Line management (PLM) and control.
- Manage service product portfolio by participating in CSA engagement, collecting HVPs, technical requirements, and ROI analysis.
- Initiate and drive Continuous Improvement Programs (CIPs) for the product.
- Implement service roadmaps including MCOS and LCOS management, and alternative cost reduction.
- Facilitate intercompany communication to align on service product strategies and provide guidance on pricing, spare level contents, and restricted part orders.
- Support or lead coordination between various intercompany groups to achieve divisional cost targets and improve operational metrics.
What you'll need
- Expertise in product Line management (PLM).
- Experience in service product management.
- Proficiency in Gross Margin management.
- Ability to implement sPDP and CIPs.
- Experience in preparing and co-working on SBU new service penetration and renewal.
- Demonstrated capability to collect customer HVM roadmap and potential challenges.
