About the role
As a SAP Coordinator, you ensure materials, configuration data, and operational information are available for successful installation and upgrade activities for customers worldwide. This role helps bridge planning, logistics, and execution to support installation readiness and minimize operational risks for complex semiconductor equipment.
What you'll do
- Coordinate material availability and delivery schedules for installations, upgrades, and field modifications.
- Maintain accurate configuration and material records by processing updates and validating system data.
- Investigate and resolve material-related issues, including damaged parts, delivery discrepancies, and inventory concerns.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and material status to stakeholders.
- Partner with logistics and warehouse teams to manage deliveries, returns, and material handling activities.
- Review data accuracy, identify potential schedule impacts, and escalate issues when necessary.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of two years of experience in material coordination, logistics, operations, or supply chain management.
- At least one year of experience working with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and other data management tools to analyze and manage operational information.
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BPC, or related business systems.
- Experience supporting customer-focused operations or technical project environments.
