About the role
This RFIC Design Co-op position focuses on the characterization, evaluation, and validation of advanced RF integrated circuits and front-end modules. The role supports the development of complex multichip, multi-technology wireless module solutions for Wi-Fi applications.
What you'll do
- Lab testing and characterization of highly integrated Wi-Fi front-end modules.
- Contribute to the research and development of advanced analog and RF integrated circuits for wireless (Wi-Fi) technology.
- Assist in new product engineering and design activities.
- Communicate with employees at all levels in the organization.
What you'll need
- Currently enrolled in a BS, MS, or Ph.D. academic program (Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Physics, or related).
- Ability to work onsite full-time from June 2027 to December 2027.
- Must have ability to complete 6-month Co-Op term prior to graduation.
- Knowledge of electronic circuits and principles.
- Interest and aptitude in RF/microwave and analog circuit design and measurement.
- Interest and aptitude in semiconductor device physics and integrated circuit design.
Nice to have
- Agilent ADS and/or Cadence Spectre/RF simulation tools.
- Cadence Virtuoso IC Layout.
- Momentum/Sonnet/HFSS EM simulation tools.
- SPICE.
