RF Filter Design / BAW development Co-Op - Andover, MA, United States

About the role

This Co-Op position involves developing new high-frequency BAW filter modules. The role focuses on the design, development, and delivery of BAW filter designs for WiFi, Automotive, Infrastructure, and IoT customers.

What you'll do

• Perform circuit feasibility simulations, topology studies, and evaluate stack parameters and trade-offs.
• Measure finished products to validate performance.
• Compile and present complicated results to the team in a well-organized format or design review.
• Tape out new filter designs.
• Conduct EM simulations as necessary.

What you'll need

• Currently enrolled in an MSEE/PhD Program in the field of RF & Microwaves and/or acoustics (BAW preferred).
• Available to work starting June/July of 2027.

Nice to have

• Strong understanding of RF and Microwaves.
• Strong understanding of S-Parameters.
• Knowledge of acoustic resonators physics.
• Understanding of ladder filter topology and design technique.
