About the role
As a Revenue Data and Information System Support Analyst on the Sales Finance Analytics team, you will deliver financial and business analysis supporting company-wide decision-making and revenue analytics.
What you'll do
- Contribute to developing and maintaining a single source of truth data repository for revenue analytics across all business lines.
- Design and create reports and dashboards for end-to-end analytics of company processes and performance tracking.
- Analyze large data sets across multiple platforms and systems to synthesize data, provide business insights, and identify customer and product sales behaviors.
- Maintain data models to handle disparate data sources while managing manual processes with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Participate in developing and maintaining data governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and cost reduction.
What you'll need
- 5+ years of experience in data modeling, reporting, and analysis working closely with business partners.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or Economics.
- Proficiency in Excel, Databricks, SQL, Python, and Tableau or Power BI, with strong data modeling skills in SQL.
- Demonstrated experience in presenting findings from data analyses to senior management and team members.
- Experience designing and implementing change management plans and driving new processes that influence business decisions.
Nice to have
- MBA or equivalent experience.
- Experience in Power BI semantic modeling and Tabular Editor.
- Knowledge or experience in Salesforce, SAP SD, SAP COPA/CPOC, SAP RAR, SAP BW, SAP BPC, SAP IBP, or Anaplan.
