About the role
This role is responsible for driving strategic sales initiatives, managing customer relationships, and ensuring technical excellence within the Sales organization.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share. - Lead and manage a team of Sales Engineers and Technical Sales, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management. - Collaborate closely with the Field Operations Manager to align regional goals with corporate objectives. - Foster strong relationships with key customers and partners, ensuring exceptional customer experience and satisfaction. - Engage and connect at the C-suite level. - Drive technical enablement and solution positioning to support complex sales cycles.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. - 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles. - At least 3 years managing technical sales teams, or related experience. - Strong understanding of technical solution selling and enterprise-level customer engagement. - Must be able to carry auto liability or minimum insurance due to automotive responsibilities.
